[Carrie Loves Giveaway] Kristybee Morning Coffee Photograph

Kristy of Kristybee Photography is a jeans, white t-shirt, flip-flops kind of girl. She is slightly obsessed with everything French, bookstores and books, photography, her Garden, coffee, vintage cameras, sundresses, the beach, the sun, natural light...and the color white.

Like me she has a habit of starting things and not finishing them. Oh, and she's grumpy until spring - which thankfully for us has arrived! And to celebrate, Kristy is giving one of my lucky readers a 5x7 original signed fine art photograph - Morning Coffee.

{love, love, love it!}

To enter the drawing, please visit Kristybee Photography and check out her wonderful store. Come back here and leave a comment on THIS post letting us know which of her photographs inspires you the most. Ends Tuesday (4/7) 11:59 pm EST. Winners will be chosen by random.org. I will announce the winner Wednesday (4/8) morning!

Be sure to visit her Etsy Store, Flickr and Blog.

Vintage Argus 5 by 7 Fine Art Photograph most definitely a favorite. I love to take pictures with my Nikon D40, but haven't been able to make the time lately to devote to this - and this reminds me again to keep working at doing what I love! The coloring is awesome in this photo, and the positioning on the window sill draws your eye to look outside (where I need to be taking pictures and capturing moments).

Okay I can't choose just one so here goes.

1. Chanel, it's so perfect!
2. September Morning (would be amazing in my kitchen!)
3. For the love of white, so simple I love it!

I have to pick only one.... I guess it would have to be "Chanel" that inspires me. It would remind me to take care of me, emnbrace the beauty and the girly girl that I am!

So....I'm sitting here feeling behind and like a bad Mommy and my kids came in to see what they should be doing and we had a little art appreciation....I also played Coldplay in the background and my 12 yo said that the music wasn't part of the art...

Did I get it right that she uses a vintage camera and processes her own film. I so respect that. WOW!

We really enjoyed the pictures. I didn't catch names (bad, I know) but I liked the one you are offering :) my daughter really enjoyed the pictures of the Plum tree in bloom....

Actually, it was finding this photo on Etsy sometime back that led me to her Flickr and now her new blog. This is absolutly one of my favorites of hers. There are many photos I love - but this still remains my favorite of hers.

Oh what wonderful photos!!! I'm going shopping as soon as I get done here. My favorites are the TTV shots - both the Tulips 8x8 and the Fleur TTV (I think that was 5x5, actually).

Then to find frames...

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Chanel photo. It immediately reminded me of my late Grandmother. I never knew she wore Chanel specifically until I walked through a department store one time and smelled "Grandma" I looked around and saw the bottle of Chanel. It's now one of my favorites and when I smell it, all sorts of WONDERFUL memories come back. This photo was the same. LOVE IT!

I adore the "Spring Dreaming" prints. The cherry blossoms remind me of the Cherry Blossom Festival in D.C... so pretty! :)

I think that Vintage Argus is great-as it makes me think of my Dad who is my true inspiration for my photos. He got his first camera in Japan while in the Air Force in 1953 and has never stopped taking pictures. His love of photos came straight to my heart and I have now taken over for him. He gave me photo memories and I am doing the same for my family.... Thanks

What beautiful photographs! They are all inspiring to me, but I love Far From Home. My husband is in the military so being away from home can be difficult for both of us, but we are reminded everyday by our families that they will always support us and our decisions - what a blessing. Thanks for the giveaway!
