Dough

It’s been a while since I’ve done a color (inspiration) palette board, but when I saw this photo on the Pinterest — it called to me. I LOVE that big Dough piece of art they have on the wall, I kind of want one for my kitchen, too, but sadly don’t have the wall space available. And, those little “butt” bar stools, super cute!

Happy Friday everyone! It’s really been a long week and lots of stuff is going on here in casa de Koehmstedt. I’m not going to pour out the details, because my husband would tisk, tisk me and my children would up and revolt, but the lesson here this week has been ‘being a parent is hard & sucks ass.’ You know, one of those times you had to stick to your guns and it literally killed you more than it would ever affect them – yep, one of those weeks.

But, luckily I’ve had the distraction of work, blog design, Rookie Blue, new book releases (this series is an ultimate guilty pleasure) and my vegetable garden… it’s like a little oasis in the backyard that no one really bothers me when I’m out there. Except the dogs – and they’re all nuts, so what are you going to do?
