Last week was not easy for our family, our oldest jack russell terrier – Jed was put to rest due to health reasons. Dude was old & ornery but gosh we miss him. He lived fourteen happy years, we adopted him as a puppy, he moved cross country with us from California to North Carolina, and shared our homes, some times begrudgingly, with his adopted brothers & sisters.
Here’s to digging unlimited holes in heaven. We miss you buddy.

I’m so sorry! It’s so difficult to lose a pet. I still miss some of the animals I have had. At least he had a wonderful life!

Oh dear. I’m so sorry, we are right there with you. We had to put our dear, sweet 14 year old yellow lab, Candy, down last Friday. A most heartbreaking day. But I’m so thankful for the years she shared with us, as I am sure you are with dear Jed too. Best wishes and happy memories…
Oh Carrie, I am so very sorry. My furkids mean the world to me (all 5) so I can imagine how all of you are feeling right now. It makes me happy to hear he lived 14 awesome years with you and the rest of the family! RIP Jed!
