The jeans, top & ring are all within budget, but the rest would need a cost make-over.
I still love the entire outfit.

This dress. It just makes me think of summer before it gets too hot and spring right after it warms up a bit. This was a dress for Shabby Apple designed by Kathleen Frances of grosgrainfab. I don’t see it on their website any more.
I want those boots, too. But, apparently F21 was sold out of those, too.

I guess you could call this the “What I (Would’ve) Wore” if I lived in Pinterest. I didn’t style any of these outfits but I love them all the same. Jeans are my favorite clothing without a doubt. You can dress it up or down depending on your mood or activity.
